Privacy & disclosure

A clear boundary around this guide.

Data Licensing Hub is an independent company data referral guide.

How the company-fit check works

The check processes your answers in your browser. It does not submit those answers to our server or micro1, retain them in local storage or accept file uploads. If you allow analytics, we record that the check was started or completed, and when a summary was copied. Our tracking events do not include the answers, the summary or your company’s details.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, referral-button clicks, guide navigation, fit-check usage, frequently opened questions and reading depth. This helps us understand which information and advertising campaigns bring visitors to this site. Google receives measurement requests and may process device and browser information, cookie identifiers, approximate location and the events you permit under its applicable terms.

Analytics is off until you accept it. Advertising measurement is a separate optional choice that allows Google to connect analytics activity with Google Ads. It requires analytics to be enabled. Personalised advertising and Google Signals are disabled in our site configuration. LinkedIn and X campaign visits can be identified through campaign labels in incoming links; their advertising pixels are not installed on this site.

We use selected campaign labels to distinguish the advertising source, campaign and creative. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, fit-check answers or arbitrary URL queries in our custom events. Google advertising click identifiers are included by our integration only when advertising measurement is allowed.

Cookies, browser storage and your choices

We remember your privacy choice in browser storage for up to 180 days, including when you decline, so we can respect it across pages. After analytics consent, we may also retain campaign labels for the current browser session, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. Google Analytics can set first-party analytics cookies, commonly beginning with _ga. These are used to distinguish browsers and sessions; cookie settings and Google’s service controls affect their lifetime.

You can reopen at any time. Rejecting analytics stops our measurement, clears the campaign storage and available first-party analytics cookies, and refreshes the page if the Google tag had already loaded. An unfinished fit check may reset. Changing your choice does not automatically remove information already processed by Google.

Other services

The hosting service receives the requests needed to display the site and may maintain operational logs under its own terms. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Company application links open micro1’s company-registration page through our referral link. The footer’s “Become a referral partner” link opens micro1’s referral-partner registration page through a separate affiliate link. micro1’s privacy terms apply on its website.

Referral disclosure

The site is independent of micro1. The site operator may receive a referral reward for a qualifying partnership introduced through a referral link. Choosing “Explore your data’s value” or “Explore data value” opens micro1’s company-registration page. Choosing “Become a referral partner” opens micro1’s referral-partner registration page. Both routes use our referral links. Any application information entered there is handled under micro1’s terms and privacy notice. Company acceptance, licensing terms and payments are determined separately by micro1. This site measures a referral click, not whether an application or paid partnership is completed.
